regulate glucose levels in the bodyI’ve been clinically determined to have type 1 diabetes for over 10 years ago. And I’ve lived more than 2 years without insulin, with regular blood sugar levels, by changing my diet and exercising more. Here is a good example of the diet with that I was able to overcome diabetes!

A great diet for diabetes: Breakfast

Among my favorites diabetic friendly breakfast is a bowl of cereals with fruits and nuts. But not any of them!! I go for organic, unsweetened entire cereals, for example some of Nature’s Path products, or just soaked or slowly cooked oatmeal, spelt, millet or buckwheat. For milk, I opt for unsweetened and organic soy milk (Natur-a or maybe So nice), or I make my personal milk, with soaked almonds, soy, sesame, rice, otherwise. Under no circumstances will I use cow or perhaps animal milk, as it is not destined for adults, especially not adults of other species.

What help make those cereals delicious are the fresh fruits and nuts I add. On the evening, I soak dried fruit (apple, cranberries (no sugar), cherries, blueberries, goji berries, apricots, etc), as well as aproximatelly 2 3 of each of the nuts: almonds, pine nuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, peanuts, cashews, hazelnuts, and chia seeds. All ingredients are raw and organic. On summer time, I obviously up the fresh fruit.

On the morning, I include the cereals as well as milk, and certain powder of psyllium, after which spices if wanted, cinnamon, carob powder, ginger, or else. The end result is absolutely delicious, nutritious, and my glucose levels level is invariably normal within two hours after I take in this.

A great diet plan for best diabetes supplement (redmond-reporter.com): Lunch

The favorite diabetic friendly lunch of mine is a comprehensive salad. This particular salad usually has a few diverse types of finely chopped greens, for instance kale-broccoli-parsley, or perhaps arugula-dandelion-basil, or perhaps lettuce-chive-coriander, or else.

Well then it’s a number of finely cut produce and/or fruits, for example carrots-mushrooms-tomatoes, or maybe apple-onion-carrots, and zucchini-mushroom-black olives red pepper, or banana-orange-strawberry (especially delectable with basil and arugula) etc, based on what is in the fridge and your taste.
